Customization is key for making the perfect diaper cake gift. Adding ribbon and buttons and other embellishments makes them pretty but adding custom/specific items is what really makes these cakes special. Of course adding things like toys, bottles, pacifiers, small onezes, socks, shoes and other small items to the cake will cost extra, but if not specific (not from a baby registration) will be purchased items at a minimum cost and added to the charge of the cake.
The base price for cakes is $45 (plus $15 shipping) and the weight is around 4 lbs (for plain cakes – just ribbon and embellishments). Add on custom items and the price goes up of course and the weight will be added for the shipping cost as well. I will try my best to keep shipping costs down but it really depends on the weight of those extra items.
Know what the baby’s room colors are going too be? Great! I can customize the ribbon and colors on the cake to match (as close as possible) those specific colors. That way the mother-to-be can put the cake in the baby room as decoration until extra diapers are needed!
Themes are great too! In my samples you’ll see I’ve got two Winnie the Pooh cakes – one Classic Pooh (more pastel colors) and the other modern Pooh (bright reds, yellows etc). These two cakes were made specifically for Moms who were fans of Pooh or were having that as their theme in their baby room.

These items are small enough to attach to the cake with ribbon. Some items may have to be opened and then attached, so it's wise to customize the cake with items from the mother's Baby Registry. I can order these items for you or you can send them to me to add to your customized cake.
